The ASA set the achievements for Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum, which has now been adopted by Swim England and called ‘Swim England Competitive Swimming Performance Awards’. These times haven’t changed for a long time, so they are a well know achievement aim for most swimmers.
These times are used by all swimming clubs across England. We have simplified it to make it more readable since we only do 50, 100, 200, 400 & 1500 meters.
