Atlantis Open Meet
Atlantis swimming club had an open meet in Horsham on Sunday 2nd of July, 15 swimmers took part and they did well. Also on Sunday the 9th of July we took 15 children go carting in Crawley thanks to Jack Petchey.
An Olympian Swimming Lesson!
Invited members of the club will be having a swimming lesson at Cheam Leisure Centre taught by Joe Roebuck and Amy Smith who participated in the London 2012 Olympics! The lesson will take place on Sunday 22nd October, please contact coach Harry for more information.

Crawley Open Meet

Margate Open Meet
Sixteen Merton Pisces swimmers went to Margate. A lot of swimmers achieved their personal record times and some won a few medals. Congratulations to everyone who went!
Lifeguard qualifications
We would like to congratulate these four club members who have achieved their lifeguard qualifications and are now working in various leisure centres.
Haslemere gala
On Sunday the 23rd of April 15 children went to Haslemere open meet, they all improved on their times and we got a few medals. Some of the children moved to the ASA gold and platinum level. The next gala is on the 11th of June in Margate.
11th March Erith & District gala
Saturday evening we went to the Erith & District swimming club, 19 childen took part they were all 100s no 50s and achieved fantastic times, they all improved and everyone got a medal.
Guildford bowling and swimming
Another great day out at Guildford, bowling and swimming thanks to Jack Petchey.
Woking open meet
Well done to the swimmers who took part in the Woking open meet last Sunday, lots of medals were achieved.
Friday Night Swimming
We have an increase of Friday night swimmers so as from 30th September the times will change. Please note we will be flexible on the times. Please see Harry if you cannot do the following times. White hats only 7:30 to 8:30pm Green hats 8:15 to 9:30pm Competitive swimmers, dives and turns 9:30 to 10pm

The club recently went on a go karting trip which was subsidised by Jack Petchey.

Crystal Palace Training October
On Saturday 10th/17th/24th in October we have hired a lane at Crystal Palace for training from 2pm till 3.30pm. The coach leaves Morden Park Pool at 12.30pm and will return by 5.00pm. Olympic pool
On Saturday 6th June the club went to the Olympic pool to take the challenge up age 9-15 to achieve: 2000-6000m and we are glad to say that they all achieved their distances, certificates and badges are on the way for 36 children who competed.
Bognor Regis Open meet
5 children went to Bognor Regis and we achieved a total of 10 medals, a mixture of silvers and bronze. The next gala is on the 28th of June at Dorking, there are 22 children taking part and 12 swimmers that haven’t swam in a gala before. Good luck guys.
