For any children wanting to enter these heats you need to have a registered time.
If you want to do this please see Harry and he will arrange to time you and give you your entry times.

Please note the venue has changed to Kings College School, The Kings Club Swimming Pool, Woodhayes Road, SW19 4TT. There will not be any spectators allowed on site for this event, please make sure all parents/ guardians are made aware of this when you invite your swimmers.
This event is for schools in the Wimbledon and West Wimbledon Clusters. For East Mitcham, Mitcham Town and Morden Schools please book onto Event 1 on Monday 15th May 2023.
There will be three sessions at this event, schools only attend one session. We will confirm you allocated time slot closer to the date.
Schools entering this event will be expected to attend the Swimming Gala Finals on Monday 19th June 2023, 09:00 – 12:00 if any of their pupils qualify from the Heat Stages. In order to qualify pupils must come in the top six fastest swimmers across all heats.
Event Eligibility
- In order to have a full team you would need to bring 8 girls and 8 boys. However if you do not have enough swimmers for a complete team you can still enter a smaller team or an individual.

- Swimmers must be in the year group for the races they are selected for.
- Swimmers must be tested before they come to the heat, this is up to the school to check that they are capable of swimming the required distance.
Kit & Equipment
- Swimmers will provide all their own kit and equipment.
Rules
- Competitors may only swim in 1 individual event and 1 open relay event.
- Only 1 child from each school can enter an individual event.
- Your relay team must be selected from the individual competitors you bring for the event.
- There will be a limited amount of spaces for schools to enter.
- Swimmers must be tested before they come to the heat, this is up to the school to check that they are capable of swimming the required distance.
- The heats and final will be held at Morden Baths.
- It will be each schools responsibility to double check with parents that the child competing is able to swim this distance and will be available on the heats date and final date.
- The age groups for all competitors will be based on their current year group at Primary School in June 2023.

- The children need to be informed before the heats date exactly what events they will be competing in.
- The fastest 6 swimmers (based on times) from the heats overall will be invited to compete in the final.

- The fastest 6 swimmers (based on times) from the heats overall will be invited to compete in the final on Monday 19th June 2023.
