Sir Jack Petchey CBE founded the Jack Petchey Foundation in 1999 to recognise the positive contributions young people make to society. By assisting them in achieving their potential he makes children feel valued and provides them with oppurtunities.

His Foundation’s programme and Achievement Awards, are a peer recognition scheme operating in grassroots youth organisations, schools and uniformed organisations.  Unfortunately Jack Petchey passed away in 2024, but his work continues.

About Sir Jack Petchey

He believes each and every young person should be given the chance to achieve. As he always says; “If you think you can, you can!”

Thank you, Jack Petchey, your contributions are much appreciated.

With the money that we receive from Jack Petchey, we use it to make as many social trips per year as we can afford. Our trips give swimmers of all ages the chance to see other members from other sessions / age groups and have fun.

We have a yearly club holiday and the money that we get from Jack Petchey helps to fund some of the activities we do there.
