For those of you that are going on holiday this year, please be careful of where you swim. Pools have different depths and are not always suitable for diving.
If you are going in the sea please be safe and stay close to the beach, especially if you are novice swimmer.
We want you to all have a happy safe holiday. Have a look at the RLSS Website for tips on how to be safe.
