Friday Night Training Sessions

The content on this page is designed to show you what a Friday night swimming sessions contains and what your children achieve in a session. This image is just an example and due to the variations in the programs, no session is ever the same. Many sessions can be more intensive than this with swimmers covering a lot more distance. There are many disciplines to master to be a good swimmer and it is as much strength and stamina as it is balance and breathing. Obviously you can see that this session covers breathing and individual arms and legs. Some of these drills take a little while to master.

For Example, this image contains a typical Friday night swimming session and how it is split up. As you will see there is no much time for talking as it is quite intensive. This is why we can’t just let anyone attend these sessions as many children are not able to keep up. Even some of our good swimmers that attend often struggle.

These sessions require discipline, stamina, will power and concentration.

Other session are designed to prepare children to move up in stages and to gain the strength and stamina to eventually make it through a Friday session. Friday Night Training Sessions are for our top swimmers and those that are capable of keeping up with the schedule. Obviously the schedule changes and is designed to keep our swimmer at the top of their game and to keep swimmers interested. Even our top swimmer sometimes crawl out of the pool after enjoying a great session. Whatever sessions our members attend they all receive the same personal attention.
