Please remember that this is a trial swim which is held at Mitcham Leisure Centre (Canons).
It is an evaluation to see how strong a swimmer is and to what sessions will be best for the swimmer.

Only very strong swimmers with very good strokes may attend the Morden sessions.
Most swimmers will start off at Mitcham until they are strong enough to attend other sessions.

Our evelauation is to estimate how far, how strong and how safe a swimmer is.
