21 children from the club took part in this open meet, 12 of them were novices. Everyone improved their times with one or two silly mistakes.
We achieved 2 golds, 2 silvers and 2 bronze against some very good competition. Well done to everyone who took part! The next open meet is 11th July at Hastings (Followed by a trip to Chessington World of Adventures on the 12th by Jack Petchey).
